Excel/Multiple rows became just one cell all in one line

Hi Jerry,

If I have a list of names in excel, all in one column from A1 to A1399. I need all this names become one after another in the same line divide by an space or coma.

Example I have:

Change to:
Maria Marta Tatiana Rachele Carolina

Thanks for your time

I'm not sure Excel will allow that much text in one cell, but you can certainly try.

Values in A1:A1399

In B1 put this formula:  =A1

In B2 put this formula:  =B1 & " " & A2

Copy B2 down through B1399.   THe last cell B1399 will have your full string.

Copy B1399 and do a PASTE SPECIAL > VALUES to copy the string somewhere and out of the formula.

You can now clear column B.
