i have a on creating a pie chart out of a set of data.
please refer to my table in the attached.
basically, as you can see from the attached, under manager position, is divided into many grade. and each grade, there are different number of males and females.
what i need to do is, to create a pie chart, or if you can propose a better presentable type of graph, to show, under Manager, how many males and females grade 1 are there, and under Director, how many males and females grade 1 are there. i need to insert all grades into one single graph. So the end picture should be showing "grade 1: 5 males 10 females, grade 2: 2 males 10 females and so on" All the positions and grades must be inside one single graph and divided proportionally out.
You will need to reorganize your data into a single table with all values filled out on each row. With a complete single table you can create a Pivot Chart. Since there are 5 grades and two categories per grade, I'd recommend a Column Chart.
