Excel/Altering VBA

Hi Tom

I have two straightforward pieces of code.  I also have two control buttons to activate them.  I would like to have one button that will toggle between the two pieces of code.  Is it possible for you to amend the code so that when a button is pressed, "Sub showkeyword" will be activated and when the button is pressed again "Sub hidekeyword" will be activated?

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of the solutions that you have provided me with over the past year.  I can't begin to tell you have helpful your expertise has been to me.

Thanks in advance.

Chris Mitchell

Sub showkeyword()
' showkeyword Macro

   Range("E11").Font.Color = RGB(255, 255, 0)
End Sub

Sub hidekeyword()
' hidekeyword Macro

   Range("E11").Font.Color = Range("E11").Interior.Color
End Sub

Christopher Mitchell,

I would just have one macro like this:

Sub Managekeyword()

If Range("E11").Font.Color = Range("E11").Interior.Color Then
  Range("E11").Font.Color = RGB(255, 255, 0)
  Range("E11").Font.Color = Range("E11").Interior.Color
End If
End Sub

That worked for me as long as the interior of the cell was not RGB(255, 255, 0)
