Excel/direct update

Main sheet
Main sheet
Dear Sir,

I am attaching two image. actually its a link tab where data is auto updated when it is updated in main file. actually i want a data to be updated in h, i, j , k , l, m column automatically as shown in the image "dependent" by segregating the data of column a,b,c,d,e,f. the following table a,b,c,d,e,f has chosen data only whose branch is "Rujan".

Please help me in filling the data in h, i, j , k , l, m column automatcially ignoring #N/A as shown in the image.

It is not at all clear from the pictures how the link should work - are you referencing a known cell in the source file (at which point the link would simply be a reference to the cell on the other sheet) or if it is perhaps a sum.  Also I'm not clear if the data on the Accham tab is pre-set if that too needs formulas

It may help to let me see an actual file (if that is possible - my direct email is aidan.heritage@virgin.net) - more than happy to help in whatever way I can but as I say, at the moment I'm not 100% clear on the requirements.

I have provided first hand support since `95 for Microsoft Office majoring in Word and Excel - support for all versions from 2 onwards. I'm based in the UK, so please allow for time differences when asking me questions from other parts of the world!

My background is in the insurance industry and call centre areas, but have been called upon to provide many varied solutions.

I'm educated to UK A level standard, but as I left school some 30 years ago that is rather irrelevent - university of life has provided more of a background!
