Excel/Excel formula question

Hello.  I'm trying to remove extra decimal places using the function 0"."00" but it's not letting me delete the extra zeros.  Here's an example.

I have "%20.00" and I want "%20" using a formula below.

I appreciate all your help.

Thank you.

%20.00 is not a standard percentage format.  Forgetting what that LOOKS like, is this an actual number in that cell formatted to appear that way, or is it actually %20.00?

When you click on the cell and press F1 to open the CELL FORMAT wizard, what is selected?  Percentage?  Custom?  Text?

If it's text, or General, and you click on the cell and actually SEE %20.00, then I'd think this cell holds actual text.

If it's an actual number, why reinvent the wheel?  Change the number format to PERCENTAGE and set the decimal places to zero.

If it's text, same suggestion.  Change the format of the cell and replace the values with an actual number formatted to not show any decimals that exist.
