Excel/9x9 Grid

Question
Hi Jerry,

I saw your solution for the 9x9 grid problem. Is it possible to change the 9-Box so that is shows all names, not just the first 4 or 5? It will require the grid grow, perhaps disproportionately, but we would like a way to show how all 160 people we have are plotted.

Thanks in advance.

Answer
If you know the MAX number expected in any one category, then you can certainly expand that 9x9 grid solution to utilize the higher number of rows.

The array formulas in each "section" are unique to each group, so inserting the number of needed rows in the top 3, then the middle 3, then the bottom 3, then simply copying down the last formula cell in each group to fill out the newly added rows, should work just fine with no other editing.
