Excel/Excel multiple IF functions returning different results depending on which condition is met

I am trying to pull from four different text field options each returning a different text field into a separate worksheet (all in the same workbook). I.e., If Sheet1!C4 = "Text" than copy cell Sheet1!A4 to Sheet2!A3, if Sheet1!C8 = "Text" than copy cell Sheet1!A8 to Sheet2!A3 (the same destination as the previous IF/Then) and so on for up to 2 other options for the "Text" value.  Thanks.

I have provided first hand support since `95 for Microsoft Office majoring in Word and Excel - support for all versions from 2 onwards. I'm based in the UK, so please allow for time differences when asking me questions from other parts of the world!

My background is in the insurance industry and call centre areas, but have been called upon to provide many varied solutions.

I'm educated to UK A level standard, but as I left school some 30 years ago that is rather irrelevent - university of life has provided more of a background!
