disregard the first issue i figured it ,...just added the footer macro and it run just fine....

but still need some help if there is a way to call up those selected worksheets within that code and have them added to the email either as one file or all separate


you added info just says that if the footer is defined, then the export command does produce a document formatted as printed.   So you could have set up the footer manually as well.

I already provided some information on multiple sheets.  If you want to generate them as separate files, then just repeat the attachment command for each one in your existing code.
