Heres what I did with the list below to re-arrange "Last, First" to "First Last" by locating where a specfic character is located in a cell.  in this case it was a comma.  



From:

  Benhart, Wayne

  Executive Conference Room    

  Fernandez, Jacqueline

  Ferrer, Rey



TO:

  Wayne Benhart

  Executive Conference Room

  Jacqueline Fernandez

  Rey Ferrer

=IFERROR(MID(TRIM(A1), FIND(",", TRIM(A1))+2, LEN(TRIM(A1)))&" "&LEFT(TRIM(A1), FIND(",",TRIM(A1))-1), TRIM(A1))

i have more easy formula, like:

=LEFT(A2,5)&"_"&RIGHT(A2,2)
