Excel/Paste into merged cell

This was extrememly helpful.  I wasn't dealing with merged cells, but still couldn't get text to paste into a cell without it spreading itself over several cells.  After a few hours of trying to figure this out myself and several phone calls to others at my company, this is the answer I was looking for.  I simply clear out the previous information and then paste into the tool bar.  Thanks!

If you double click in the cell, your cursor will appear. You can now paste. It is that easy. Keep your formatting and use the merged cells.
