Although we have made our first export shipment to UK and the item is a metal clamp for automobile. so far we have not made our mutual business contract and I don't know what should be standard clauses, T & C to make it. 1) Should the insurance policy of the consignment during transit be endorsed in both the claimants (Seller and Buyer) or (only Seller) or (only on Buyer)?
----The Seller could make a contract of insurance with Insurance Agent, then if something happen, the seller could apply get the compensation. Or the buyer also could make a contract with Insurance Agent by themself. Or even the both seller and buyer sign the "insurance contract" with Insurance Agent also is doable.
2) Does the insurance policy of the consignment cover the force meajure "Terrorism, Hijaking of ship as happening in Somalia Ports"
