Answer Hi Ranjan,
We think you do not need a licence to import the goods, just if you need register your company in your country that you will have a licence. So you could open an Company Account in bank by the company licence, and use it to manage your payments and tax with your GOV and suppliers.
In fact,in the import/export customs them just need you provide them the invoice and related certificate. For example, if you import battery that you need provide a certificate to prove its security, this certificate is from your supplier(factory). But if you just import the common products like the housing of the phone that you do not need provide this certificate.
Another thing, you need provide the permission to import something like NOKIA or SONY products, because these big brand has a system with customs to fight the copy(fake) products. If you can not provide this permission, they will think you are doing smuggle business.
