Question If a product is manufactured in a country other than the USA, let's say China, but it is then purchased from a supplier in the USA what is the country of origin when I export it?
To be more specific, if I purchase nylon backpacks as promotional giveaway items for my company and I have them printed by the supplier in the USA what is the country of origin? The backpacks are manufactured in China and printed in the USA. I purchase them from a US supplier and I am going to export them to one of my distributors overseas.

If the products are in US already, wherever they were produced, the Country of Origin is US. If the products isi n China, you ship them from China to your distributors, then the country of Origin is China.
