Question Is it possible for a mother with A+ blood and a father with AB blood to have a child with B+ blood type? and is it true you can get your grandparents blood type? or is it just your parents?

Mother is A + O
Father is A + B
Then children can be AA, AB, OA, BO which is B+
is it true you can get your grandparents blood type? Yes using the same rules as above
or is it just your parents? Yes, what you can get has to come through the parents.
