Question I am a 34 year old in good health but with one kidney (healthy and normal function but just born with one)and mild asthma. My sister was hospitalized and I visited her and kissed her on the forehead good bye and just learned today she has MRSA and recently had gallbladder surgery. Could I have caught MRSA from her? I used the hand sanitzers frequntly when there, could I have gotten it from kissing her goodbye? Could I have given it to my wife? Also are the antibiotics tha treat it including bactrim bad for my kidney? Is there a cure for MRSA?
