Family, Internal Medicine, General Medical Questions - Calf Pain in left leg

Expert: Robert Borucki - 6/27/2009

Question
i am 62 years old, recently diagnosed as patient of Parkinson disease. i take daily 1/2 Sinamet and 1/2 table kamadrin B.D. some months ago i got an accident in the result i have severe pain in half calf of left leg, take many pain killers like, brufen plus, diclofenac sodium 50 and 75 mg, duragesic, flexin, but no one is beneficial for me, kindly advised me for such calf pain any suitable pain killer that relief me.

Answer
The first thing you should do is find out why it is hurting so long... an accident should cause pain for several days... if it persists, then there should be a search for a nerve injury or a blood vessel injury or blood clot.... have this re-evaluated since it is persisting.
