I AM NOT A LAWYER or ATTORNEY. I am someone who has experience with family law issues, and am sharing my OPINION only. For the exact law as it pertains to your specific case contact a Professional Attorney in your area/county.

Until she reaches the age of 18 years of age she is not considered an adult in most states: You could call the police and report her as a run away AND get clarification with reference to the age in your state when a child is considered an adult.

Now since she is a minor runaway with said child this should get the attention of the police department especially for the well being of said child in her care. I would recommend contacting the police department as soon as possible to check.

One other note, you need to ensure that Mom/minor child who has had a child has a Child Support Order and Parenting Plan in place for said child in her care: Make sure the child support order is enforced and that the support payment is collected. This will ensure in part a good future for said child.

Contact a Professional Attorney for further help: Most Attorneys offer 1/2 free consultation time to discuss case and payment options.

Kind Regards,
Jeff
