Question i was divorced in 1999. we have 3 minor children. our twin daughters turn 18 on october 17th. one daughter decided to graduate early from high school. she graduated on june 13, 2008. the other daughter graduates june 2009. our divorce decree states that child support must be paid until child "attains the age of majority, if child is attending secondary education until 19, or graduates from high school, whichever comes first." so my question is, because one child graduated early at 17, when does he have to stop paying for the twins? thank you!!

18 years of age is standard age for most child support orders: Unless child decides to go on to college at which time MOM has to repetition the court to continue the child support until the child reaches the age of 21 or finishes college.
Check your paperwork it will state the exact age in it.
