Question
I have a adult daughter 22 years old I also have a minor daughter 17 My wife and I moved to the next town over while my adult daughter is still living in the e first town in her own home.
My 17 year old wanted to continue high school in the first town
So she gave the school my adult daughters address as her new address. The school has since found out what we are doing (my 17 year old is living with me and my wife) since she drives to school apx, 6 miles not a problem for us. Now we have to do something, Can I give my oldest daughter custody of my youngest daughter with out much trouble. she said she would not attend the school in are new town. she is also a A,B student. the school she is now attending has a program tuition of 8000.00 a year. I'm just trying to keep her happy. she is a junior and her senior year would be 18,
