Family Law (Divorce, Family Relations) - Terminated Income deduction order.

Expert: Dan Bachert - 6/21/2009

Question
What does it mean when one parent has a child support income deduction order terminated?

Answer
Hi Heather, it means that the Order requiring the parent's employer to deduct child support from that parent's pay check is no longer in effect and payment of child support, assuming that there is still a child support obligation, will be paid directly from parent to parent.

I hope this information was helpful to you.
