If your spouse had a two year affair; spent money etc. on another woman and you have evidence to prove it, does it have any impact, Florida law, on settlement in a divorce?  Married 30 years.

Answer
Hi Linda, yes it is considered marital waste and is an element considered in equitable distribution and alimony.
