About Santa Lucia
Expertise
I am a lover of fantasy turned on to the genre by my older sister and have read series by Mercedes Lackey, MZBradley, Melanie Rawn, Jennifer Roberson, Kate Elliott, Ursula LeGuin, Andre Norton, Robin Hobb, Elizabeth Lynn, Piers Anthony, Robert Jordan, Terry Goodkind, Elizabeth Moon, and many others. I love talking about books and getting suggestions on what to take on next!

Experience
I have read and written a multitude of stories and when I was fourteen bought over 300 fantasy novels in one year. I have read almost all of them by now and am constantly acquiring more.

Question
hello,
just wondering if you knew any good books that there is a dragon or dragons
in it.

Answer
Hi Tina,
Well, there are lots of good books with dragons in them.  For instance, if you are fond of Anne McCaffrey, she wrote many many books with dragons. You can look at her Pern books or many others.  Some of my favourite dragon books are by Melanie Rawn, the Dragon Prince trilogy.  Likewise, Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman have written several books and serieses with dragons in them, which are interesting, even if the dragons are not the center point of the story.  Of course, the Eragon books by Christopher Paolini were recently brought more to light by the first being made into a movie.  Keep in mind that these are more youth-oriented books.  In general, you can look at the Dragonlance books, by all sorts of authors, where you might be able to find something to your liking.
Beyond that, I recommend just looking around in the fantasy section of your local used bookstore.  There you can find all sorts of fun books with dragons.  Another way of finding something specific would be to search Amazon.com.  Limit your search to books first, and then search for the word "dragon".  You will get over 100,000 options to search through.
Best of luck.
Lucia
