Education/Credentials I am currently enrolled in a school which encourages students to read a wide variety of books among other things. Though this school requires me to read different genres, I prefer SciFi and Fantasy.

Answer The common theory is that angels are the good counterparts of demons. Evil = Demon; Good = Angel
Several stories have had these(I cannot recall their names) of instances where an angel and a demon mated and produced a "super-powerful" angel-demon-baby-thing. Also, it is stated that many angels and demons can change to human form and angels are born into human form whereas demons are born in... for want of a better for - demonic form. So that is why angels are spoken of more in a human way and demons are big and ugly. So technically it would be like asking if a murderer could wed a former nun.
