Question I have come across a small old book titled Friend o'Mine. There is an inscription inside that reads...To Kathleen, Because I care & I love you From Thomas F. Brigance March 11, 1930. Just for fun googled the name and found the above named designer. I found an image on an old 1950's pattern pack with a photo and signature. The signature is a perfect match. By the date he would have been 17 years old in 1930. I am wondering if there is some place for this bit of his personal history. I know nothing of fashion history except for what I have read today. A reply would be appreciated.
