Question
After reading your paragraph on expertise i see that  you know alot about the fashion design area. The question that i have for you is, for a student in her third year of  high school in which direction should i go to find a job/college that would catch my interest and also expand my horizons into broader areas of fashion design. Also are there any special programs that you personally are aware of that you could mention to me about fashion design i would be highly intrested.

Answer
The most prestigious fashion school in the country, the Fashion Institute of Technology, commonly called F.I.T., is located in New York City and is a part of New York University (NYU). ALso, Parsons School of Design, in New York City as well, is extremely reputable, with alumni such as Calvin Klein and Donna Karan as past students.

You could also look up Kent State University in Akron Ohio; Kent has a very recognized fashion design program known throughout the world.
