Subject: I want to know about a careet in Fashion?

Question
I essentially wanted to be a Fashion Designer, buy based on my family's opinion that Black people don't secede in the fashion industry made me decide to major in Fashion Merchandising and become a manager of a store. But, here's my question: I want to become a Fashion Journalist and I want to know what course should I take when I go to college? Should I still take Fashion Merchandising or should I take a writing course?

Answer
If you want to be a successful journalist, the only way to do so is to have a declared major in journalism at a top journalism school. Because there are so many laws and things that you must follow when you're part of the press or media, there are many classes on media law and such that you can only take if you are a journalism major.
