Hi, I was wondering for advice on whether to get black heels or to go with gold or silver with a dark red dress that I am going to be wearing to a wedding. It comes right at my knees and I don't know which shoes would look best with it.

Hi Sarah,

Depending on how formal the wedding is, and the style and shade of red, your shoe choice could go a variety of ways.  If the wedding is this summer and you want to wear an open-toe shoe, you could do a strappy silver which would be nice if the dress is in the blue-red family.  Gold works if the dress is more in the yellow-red family.

You can't go wrong with black though so that is a safe bet!  It just depends on what look you want to go for and the type of wedding.
