Fatherhood/Restrooms

Question
What is proper bathroom etiquette when a dad is out with his young daughter? Take her in the men's room or the ladies room?

Answer
I have 5 girls so I have always thought it depends on location (are there lots of people or few people) age of the child and condition of the restroom. If they can take care of business at home then they can out in public usually. If they can't at home then the dad should take her into the men's bathroom stall, quickly and quietly with no fuss.
