Question
We are a poor high school in Ohio.  We have had our school damaged by tornadoes in the past.  Our auditorium was given to the school by Bob Hope in 1975.  It needs a great deal of repair but the district does not have the money to support it. Do you have any grants available?  We have a tremendous musical/drama group.

Answer
Hi, Karol:  Thanks for the question.  You can go to:  www.grants.gov and search for any available grants for the repair work needed at your school.  I would also suggest contacting your state representative's district office to see if they can help you at the state level.  Also contact your congressional office to see if they can be of assistance at the federal level.  You may also want to contact Wal Mart and Home Depot to see if they would donate the materials for your repair work.  There might even be a local contractor in your area willing to do the work.  Best of Luck!
