QUESTION: I am with this girl and i am a virgin and really shy but she is not. We have only been making out and moving slowly but I feel like she wants more and she has made a lot more moves for me. It's just im really shy and would hate to push any boundaries and get mad at me. nonetheless a lot of nights while were laying together she'll always ask whats going on in my head and whats wrong meanwhile nothing is. I just want to satisfy her a while ago I was fingering her and I was just looking for how i could make it a lot better and enjoyable for her and do it at the right times. well anything will help so thanks

ANSWER: Just tell her that you want to stay with her, but you are not ready to take it to the next level.  If she leaves you, she was not the right one.  Only go as far as you want to.

QUESTION: the thing is I want to go to the next level its just that I dont know when or how to do it so I dont look like too much of an idiot.

Just have her take the lead.  Or, you can talk to her and say that you want to take it to the next level, but you are not sure how and she will probably help you along the way (move you so that you are giving her the most pleasure, etc.) so you will learn.
