Question
We are looking to buy a new home. This house has a back yard that is triangle
shape and the side sits next to a mountain is this bad feng shui? It has a great
view of downtown and the ocean though. It also sits behind another house and
has a long driveway to the house from the road.Just wanting to know the feng
shui of it.

Answer
Dear Lisajeanne,

The triangle back yard can often be modified with proper landscaping. The mountain and the ocean can be good if the house is placed properly to take advantage of them. These are powerful forms and can make a place wonderful or disasterous.

Please take a compass reading standing at the back of the house pointing the compass to the house. Give me the year the house was built and which side the mountain is on. Then I can give you better advice.

Thanks for your question.
