The Chinese have used "Nightsoil" or humane & pig waste for hundreds of years. If you are smart enough to garden you are smart enough to compost properly. Read all you can find about manure of all sorts & don't rely on fear to make your decisions for you. Ignorance our only enemy here not viruses that we may not even have in the first place. I seriously doubt you could find a doctor who will tell you that you will get AIDS or HepC from a carrot! Please do your research!!!
