There's really only one thing to consider, that's whether or not you can balance your life with your fetish. In relationships that means making sure that you're also taking care of your wonderful girlfriend's needs. So long as you're not a selfish fetishist I really don't see it getting to be a problem. Even if she will indulge you, try to break things up a bit and try other things.
