Answer Google: cross dresser makeover. Try some other key words. There are business that do what you want and they want to be found. I found a lot searching for cross dressing makeover. Next if you don't find someone in your area, try looking for cross dressing forums on google. Perhaps cross dressing communities would be a good search. I found results. I'm not endorsing them because I didn't fully check them out.
Rule of thumb, try Google first for exactly what you're looking for. Next, look for a community of like-minded people who might know where to find what you're looking for.
