I am very familiar with medical fetish/medical fantasy --- sometimes known as "playing doctor". I am familiar in both roles - as either the doctor or the patient. The second question is . . . Is your wife interested in a complete physical exam while you watch.
That said -- be careful in who you hook up with. There are people who are clueless and your experience will be very disappointing. Screen carefully. If they can't "talk the talk" in ways that are satisfying to you, then chances are that they do not have the same level of understanding.
