Question i am very fortunate to be a test dummy for a pro domme. We have been exploring medical play, including sound play, for the past year or so. i'm interested in having Her use an irritant like say Capsicum on the sound to make the experience a little more 'interesting'. Answer You MUST be very careful. Even sound play has its risks and, personally, I wouldn't even fool with that!
If you are even slightly concerned about "damage", I would shy away from it.
Wish I could be more enlightening but sounds is not my particular area of "expertise" in medical fetish play. I just know that the limited experience I have with it was always pursued with a great deal of caution.
