Answer Alright, you're 19 and you've been engaged since you were 16 or 17. Although you're ready to marry this person, you can't share this one thing with him. Back to your diaper fetish... You need to determine first how it affects your life. Can you achieve sexual satisfaction without diapers involved? Can you go about your day without wearing diapers under your clothes? Can you go for a month without indulging this fetish, and would it impact your life to do so?
