Past/Present clients Have steady "patients" and Doctors/Nurses who like to fulfill their fantasies. Question I have just finished chatting with a woman who said she has met you and, on several occasions, been given a "medical fantasy examination". Quite honestly, this is what I have been wanting for many years! I really didn't think that such an experience could be had. Now that I have been exploring it more, I see that there are people with similar interests but I fear meeting a stranger through the Internet. I have done some e-mail interaction and it also seems that a lot of people who say they have an interest really don't respond with answers that meet my expectations (for example, one guy suggested that he examine the sensitivity of my clitoris with his tongue and check the temperature with his meat thermometer) --- that is stupid and these people don't understand. But this woman said that you are very clinical during your examination and that you offer "therapy" after the examination. I think this is just what I have been looking for. She also said that you insist on taking a patient's temperature rectally. For me, that is fine as I have memories of that being done to me as a child and I recall that there was something about it that I liked. I am also told that you prefer to give your patient an enema to clean them out for your rectal exam, she said you do it with your finger and then with a scope. I can't tell you what the thought of that does to me.
I hope that you will get back to me. I am a married female living in the midwest. I am 42 years old, 5'6" tall and I weigh 135 pounds (she said you do not examine larger women). I am married with two children 16 and 12 - my husband satisfies himself when we have sex but I am left longing. This has caused me to explore and this is where I identified the interest I have in being examined.

Although there are a number of variables surrounding and examination and any ensuing therapy(ies) one thing is very important. I am not interested in examining what is referred to as the BBW woman. Truly, that is an interest and specialty in and of itself. To know whether or not you are a BBW, the PRE-EXAMINATION form provides a chart that basically establishes a 2:1 height-to-weight criteria: weight in pounds must not exceed 2 times the height in inches. So, for you, your height is 66" - your weight must not exceed 132 pounds . . . we'll need to get you on a slight diet/exercise program before you are examined.
You also mention that you have children. It is important that you do not have any problem with hemorrhoids because you will be getting a thorough digital and scoped rectal examination; frequently, therapy also includes anal stimulation and penetration. Many females, generally >35 years of age, express that their husband is not paying the proper attention to them. That problem will be addressed. Some patients also feel a need to b disciplined and that will be assessed and addressed, as necessary.
Finally, you mention rectal temperature taking. That is standard procedure in all PLAY DOCTOR examinations. Your temperature is also taken orally and vaginally. All temperatures are measured with the traditional glass thermometer and with the IVAC digital electronic thermometer.
