Question QUESTION: Where in the world can I get a shot (needle syringe) as part of my medical fetish includes getting a "shot" in the butt. ANSWER: I am not an expert on "injections" EXCEPT to say that they are to be taken very carefully. The untrained can really screw it up --- like to the point of paralysis! You mentioned the "fatty butt tissue" and if that's where you're giving the injection -- you are right where you could hit a nerve and it's game over! IF you give an injection, "high and to the side" is the key ---- the TOP left or right of the buttock and off to the side .... anything lower than the butt crack is too low.
Not sure that helps 100% but I felt it important to relay that information to you.

I just purchased a stainless steel anal probe, and it looks pretty intimidating. The inside pulls out once the probe is in place. Anything to worry about here? It's about 8 incehs long.2vml
Answer Can't tell you where to get the syringe and needles ---- maybe outside of the country and/or veterinary supply?
As to the probe ---- it is an anoscope or proctoscope --- make sure it's clean, don't force it and you'll be fine.
