I'm an attractive 44 yo male and have had a fantasy of another male taking my temp rectally for as long as I can remember. I also fantasize about taking another mans temperature rectally tho it's not as strong as the desire to have mine taken.I've never been able to discuss this with anyone as I'm afraid of being ridiculed.  I doubt that this fantasy has any chance of ever being played out but it's really frustrating as it's really my strongest sexual desire.  Are there other's who have this a similar obsession? I really can't think of any event in my life that could have triggered this desire.  Any suggestions?

Actually, trying to live out your fantasy may not be as hard as you think AND you'd be surprised of the people who actually share your interest(s).  It may all depend on where you live but you can seek out people with similar interests by consulting some of the free "underground newspapers" AND a good source is craigslist.com in either Men Seeking Men or Casual Encounters M2M.  However, be sure to explain what it is you are looking for and I would encourage you to have a couple of e-mail interactions and even a phone call before meeting.  One of the things you will find is that a respondent actually has an agenda different that what you want --- bottom line is if they are not into it, don't meet with them as you won't have a good time.  AVOID pay connection sites, especially ALT.COM as they are usually a rip-off!
