Subject: Phenylephrine/hypertension

Question
Stumbled on your site by accident.  Very interesting but---  I have hypertension and take meds.  Cautions on the meds are no Phenylephrine,....  How do you handle that with a person who has hypertension?  I started the guaif. and the tums but---  don't know if that will be enough. Thanks for your response..   Bev.

Answer
What did your Saliva pH test say?

Are you an Overly Acidic Fibro?

If so, what you eat will make as much difference as the anti-acid.  If you are not, you don't want to take them.

Was there anything else your doctor said would improve your hypertension?  Then certainly do that.

You can discuss how we do this with your doc and see if they have other recommendations.

Thanks for your question. Keep in touch.
