Question
Hi im 16 and my dad suffer from fibromyalgia ! i hate seeing him in pain as he constantly gets head aches and really bad attacks ! is there anything in particular which triggers these attacks and is there anything that can help my dad in any way to relief his discomfort ? many thanks

Answer
Hi Kelly,
Sounds like your dad is lucky to have a kid like you!

First of all, try to educate yourself about fibromyalgia ... http://www.myalgia.com.

Stress is a big trigger for fibomyalgia.  Anything that you can do to reduce stress woudl be great!

Your loving, caring for, and understanding your dad would be a great gift!

God bless and take care!

JOY{;-)AWE!
Kathleen
