I'm in one right now and it has been 22 days. this is the longest one so far. what can I do to help myself. thank you for your service and time and attention.

                       Respectfully,

                       Dianne

Answer
Hi Dianne,
Sorry to hear you are flaring so long.

Most of the time, it takes many things to take us down into a flare and it take many things to get you out of a flare!

You may need lots of rest, range of motion/stretching/toning exercise, relaxation, meditation, medication, physical therapy, light massage, counseling, stress maintenance etc., etc. etc.!  It may take weeks to see the results.  The 4 P's are essential ... prioritizing, planning, pacing, and problem solving.  Good diet is important.  Life style engineering helps.

There's not anyone thing but many, many approaches!  For more help try http//www.myalgia.com.

God bless you and take care!

JOY{;-)AWE!
Kathleen
