Subject: Is it fibro?

Question
I was diagosed with fibro and cfs in May, but I do not feel comfortable with the diagnosis.  I relate to much of what I read about it, but I have never experienced any sort of "pain," short of a muscle weakness and some soreness.  Generally my joints, etc, do not ache.  I have lots of fibro symptoms, but I do have some symptoms that don't seem to fit, such as burning feet, which from what I've read sounds exactly like something called peripheral neuropathy.  Also, I live in an area where Lyme is a possibility, so even though the ELISA test was negative, I feel it could be Lyme.  My doctors have said they've ruled everything out and are saying it's fibro.  But short of prescribing me Provigil and Adderall they say there's not much I can do but try to follow an exercise and good diet program.
Are Lyme and fibro closely related?  If so, are there any distinctions I can look for?

Answer
T;

lyme diseases-single or multiple rashes in 60-80% of cases,fever,fatigue,headaches,muscle pain,joint pain.
arthritis,neurological problems[muscle weakness,numbness,memory loss]and heart problems may develop.

fibromyalgia-inflammation or pain of muscle,muscle sheaths and connective-tissue layers of tendons,muscles,bones,and joints;

if you have no pain,i dont think you have fibro.
