Question Hi..just recently in the last 2 days... was in the ER twice, for achy hands, legs, weekness, tingling in hands, feet, etc. My joints crack and all that good stuff. The doctor thinks its just stress...but he also mentioned fibromyalgia. They took blood from me 18 times..it was all normal. My hair is also coming out ALOT...way way more than usual. Is this a normal sign of Fibromyalgia? What can I do about it? They said not to stress...but this is stressing me out...lol. Please help me...Im currently on B2 vitamin, and magnesium.
thanks soo much.

Answer
Hi, Amy. Thanks for your question. Most people run into this at first.
Not even a medical professional can diagnosis illness over the internet, and I certainly cannot. You can learn about Fibromyalgia Symptoms, Testing and effective Treatment over the internet, though, at www.FibroFix.com It's my site and it's free.
Be sure your doc tests your Thyroid; Thyroid/Temperature is one Version of FMS.
I believe saliva pH is the most important test for FMS - and you can do it yourself in minutes.
Get a pH test strip kit from a health food store. Call around; they aren't stocked everywhere.
The kit is a roll of test paper on a small dispenser - about $15 - and will do 300 + tests.
Wet a small piece of test paper with saliva; compare the color to the chart on the package.
Human saliva should be about 7.0 - 7.4 Any number lower means too acidic. The lower the number, the worse the symptoms. About 80% of us have Overly Acidic Fibromyalgia, the most common Version; treatment includes bringing your saliva pH to normal and maintaining it there. The web site tells the details of treatment for each version.
