Question
I did figure skating when i was 14 and stop for school. Is it too old to compete again at age 25?
What is the minimum Freestyle requirement for junior coach?

Hi,
I am not sure in your country but in the US there are many opportunities to compete as an adult. I think you can with ISIASIA. Check with coaches at your rink!
Most coaches in the US need a Gold test ranking or at least a Novice-Junior competitive record. But again check at your rink they may need learn to skate assistants.
