Financial Reports - Present Value of Future Benefits

Expert: Robert Hanzel - 11/21/2006

Question
Hi,
Can you help me out with a question?

will pay dividends of $1.00 at the end of the first year; $1.20 at the end of the
second year; and $1.40 at the end of the third year. Also, I believe that at the
end of the third year I will be able to sell the stock for $30. What is the
present value of all future benefits if a discount rate of 12 percent is applied?

Thanks,

Answer
I apologize profusely, but I am on the road without access to the majority of my resources and will not be able to help answer your question. Please direct the question to one of the other experts who is more than capable of helping. Again, I apologize and have a great day.
