Question
K Kemper: Hello! My name is Joseph. I'm currently doing a study on profitability of banks that offer transactional internet banks vs. banks that do not offer transcational internet banks. I will gather my data using the "call reports" that could be found in the Chicago Fed Website. But, my problem is that I don't know how it works. How do I find which banks offer transactional internet banks or not? If you know, how it operates it would be tremendously helpful. Thank you very much!

Joseph.

Answer
what is your educational level?

I "think" you have an error in your presumptions and
if I am wrong, I will be glad to say so.

I think you mean "are there banks that accept
internet transactions?"  The answer is YES.  MOST of them do.

But you are asking about "banks that have transactional
internet banks."

that makes no sense to me.

sometimes, when we misunderstand a query, we seek
data in the wrong places or we fail to
confirm the query from the place of origin.

I think you are a HS student or college student
learning about banking and a query arrived;
many of our leading banks now have the option of
allowing their customers the ability of
examining their accounts ON LINE.

if this is what you mean, you are making a mountain out of
a molehill.

plz confirm the question from your instructor........

thanks
