Subject: to increase share price

Question
Hi Mr Kemper. could you help me to answer some of my questions please?
What events outside management's control could help management meet  their share price target? and will it be sensible to reward management for events beyond their control?

thank you for your help

Answer
i love your question!

Management and profits are not the same thing.  Management
is "getting things done through other people"

profits are the result of efficiences in the company
MEETING market demand.

the mgr cannot control 1,000 or 1 or 1,000,000 people wanting
his products.

thanks for asking
