what is the current value of my kinder care stock?

From what I can tell, Kindercare is not a publicly traded stock. This makes it more difficult to determine the stocks worth.  The most recent information I can find refers to a buy out of the company in 2004 at $25.94 per share. Here is a link to what I found:

There may have been more activity since then. The value of your stock will be based on how many shares you have, multiplied but the current value per share. Assuming that KinderCare is a private company, and it looks like it is, your stock will not be very liquid in that you may have trouble cashing it in. The only real way to determine exactly how much your stock is worth, and what your options are to turn your stock into actual money, is to contact the company.  It appears that the company is now owned by Knowledge Learning, the KinderCare website refers to this. The Knowledge Learning website has a link for "Investor Relations", this is where you want to go. Here is the direct link:
